Please come through the gate at the back of the house and knock on the first door on your left.
Please wait there. There is a step into the garden and another step into the treatment room.
Before your appointment
- Please wash your hands when entering.
- Do not attend if you have Covid or symptoms of another contagious illness. Please rearrange your appointment.
- Please arrive no earlier than five minutes before your appointment.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The standard cancellation policy applies to bookings made using a voucher.
If an appointment is cancelled without the required notice, or in the event of a no-show, the relevant amount will be deducted from the voucher.
Tranquil Moments Beauty cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers. Failure to present your voucher may result in full payment being charged.
Booking terms
Cancellations
Hours' notice
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
With less than 48 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the appointment cost will apply.
Hours or less
A cancellation or rescheduling request made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
Booking fees
Some appointments may require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% to secure the appointment.
The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of the booking being made. Otherwise, the appointment may be released.
Transferring a booking fee
Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking once, or credited to your account, when more than 48 hours' notice is provided.
